I am trying to locate a fuel filter for a century 3820i, does anyone know what the cross reference number would be for a napa filter.

No guarantees here - I think it's Napa 3263 - I'll just show my search method:

I quick googling shows this: Fuel Filter for Branson 2810, 3510, 3510i, 3520, 3820, 3820i, 4020i, 4220, 4220i, 4520, 4720, 4720i replaces HA13040000A4
Searching for HA13040000A4 shows some ebay links also.
This page Master Interchange - Napa Filters 216 Reference Guide Page 72 shows Napa filter 3263 if you've got really fast reflexes and a photographic memory (just kidding, had to look at the page source).

The pictures look the same, I'd buy one and see if it matches up well.
