Would this necessarily mean a bad Injector Pump? Can a bad Injector be the
problem? Blowing white/blue smoke immediately at crank up. Changed oil
and filter yesterday, ran it for approx 30 min. checked oil and showed signs
and smell of Diesel Fuel @ dip stick. Also, How to remove the injectors,
are any special tools required?::confused:

All diesels start with white /blue smoke when they are cold. Just wait until the oil has been in for some time, I have never seen anything as black as this black.

Thanks Craig! I guess I should have given more details! When I was cutting the last few times it was the same white smoke. I have only 2 theories as to why
D. Fuel is in the crankcase. We both know D.Fuel in Crankcase is not Healthy.

Read somewhere that it could be a seal or gasket where the injector pump mounts on the engine.
Certainly worth checking out.
Hope that is the case as for sure a seal is cheaper than a pump.

White vapour is a sign of water on start of a cold engine gas/diesel. The vapour usually clears up as the engine and stack warm/heat up.
Did your engine oil level go up?
Has the rad level gone down?
Is the thermostat stuck open / running cold?

Ok I am done.

Just rebuilt the pump in my kubota for the same reason. The pump is probably similar if not the same unit. Not hard to rebuild, parts were were not expensive, you need the diagram for reassembly. The problem was was from failed o-rings. The side benefit was that it fixed the leak down problem on my 3pt hitch since I replaced the pump o-rings at the same time.

What temperature is the engine running at? To have engine running cold it will only burn part of the fuel and the rest will wash the cylinders and go to the base.
