I have a 4 cyl diesel international and the braided injector lines has sprung a leak

I can't find a replacement line, 3400a if you have a source.

I was wondering if they made something just to build your own, they are on using banjo bolts in a series to return back to the tank, they are on top of the injectors just assuming they are returns

It sounds like you are talking about the fuel return lines on top of the injectors. Take a sample or measure the ID and buy the equivalent fuel line at the auto parts store. The braid is not necessary and the pressure is very low.
If you are insistent on braided line, John Deere uses it if you have a dealer in your area.
