Is there a way to check if there is power to my fuel pump. I have a G5200 with a D600 engine. I have disconnected the line from the fuel pump to the engine and it does not seem to be pumping. But before I purchase a new pump I would like to see if I am even getting power to the pump. Any suggestions.

A volt meter or a test light should show if you have 12 volts at a pump… do you have a wiring diagram to check if a relay is in the circuit? KennyV.

No I don't have a wiring diagram, my husband usually took care of the mower and he passed away recently. I am trying to fix as much as I can on my own without calling family and friends for help.

I’m sorry but not familiar with that particular machine… you should be able to check for 12 volts at the pump…. Where are you located, there may be someone near you that could check this out. KennyV.
