Its white pine.

Not to fear it will get assembled, just give me time.

I was going to ask you before, but forgot to. what model unisaw do you have? Oh and if Scotty doesn't want the pine I will take it.....................

I do not have a unisaw.

The pine will get used, do not fear. It's just a matter of available back time to process it. A pinched nerve is limiting my mobility at the present.

For milling a chainsaw, bandsaw, jointer and planer are used. It's a slow process. One that I enjoy immensely though.

Egon, how long can your 'furniture" stay in ground contact before it deteriorates? Will you cover it to keep snow off? . . . just curious. I know less than nothing about cutting/milling your own lumber.

Yeah, I saw those in the IKEA catalogue too. I bet that is one honkin' big Allen wrench you get with those!

I will not be covering the logs but when it does get reduced to dimension?? size it will be off the ground and covered with the ends sealed.
