Welcome to TBN. Your first post is two short paragraphs, but to answer your questions fully, it would take several pages. By far, your best solution is to wait for your Owner's Manual to be delivered. I bought the manual for my
G1800 which is the same as the manual for the
G2000 and
G1900. You DO NOT want to do maintenance on your
G1900 without it. Such things as replacing fuel filters (yes, it has two) and how to bleed the air out of the system are covered in the manual. It's important that you read the manual, use the illustrations, and proceed with caution. Grease lubrication and the many grease points is very detailed and tedious. It's also very important to do and check as you go along to make sure everything is working properly.
In order to replace the PTO belts, you need more than the operator's manual. Did you order the maintenance manual too? The operator's manual shows how to set PTO belt tension and the PTO brake adjustment, but nothing on the belt replacement. The maintenance manual is not much more help. It tells you to remove the battery and the hood, release the tensioner, remove the belt stay on the left side of the pulley, and remove the belts. You have one very poor diagram for each of those steps.
I wish you the very best of luck with your
G1900, but I think you need a full set of manuals to successfully maintain it. Buying the manuals is just part of your ownership investment. Good or bad, the manuals are a lot better than having nothing.
