Tires G3240, 72"mmm, turf tires

Question to those that have similar setups. I am looking at pulling the trigger on a 3240 with turfs and 72"mmm. My primary purpose for the tractor will be mowing my lawn (3 acres) 90% and mowing an additional 2-3 acres of grass up to 3 - 5 times per year. Also maintaining a 200" gravel drive. Some tilling for garden purposes and other odds and ends with a front end loader. This is more of a want than need - but don't tell the wife!! I presently have a great B2710 with similar setup but with R-4's. This tractor has been perfect, however, the opportunity to move into the 40 series is something I am interested in.
