HI i just picked up this kubota and everything seems to work alright, but i thought with an hst that you cant move it around without it running. i went to change all the fluids today and i can just push it forward and backwards real easy. when i had my b7100 you could not move it unless it was in nuetral, it was an hst also. is this normal for the g4200hst or did i just purchase a piece of crap? dont know anything about these little mowers. it has 900 hrs. any input would be great thanks Mark
Mark you bought a gem. I have a Kubota G6200 HST, 16hp to the 12hp you have. I can push it around when it is shutoff. It mows up hills like a tank, don't worry about bogging down on dense grass, it won't happen. It burns like a third the fuel my gas burners use. Best of all no more carburater issues. One thing I can say, there is a fuel filter up front easy, but there is also a second filter. Its kind of hidden in the back, near the fuel tank. Awesome tractors, meant to last.
