garage door opener programing

I lost one of the remotes for my garage, the remote is an all star mvp model 110925. I have located additional remotes and reading up on the programing the procedure is a tad confusing. The instructions refer to getting the "code" from the "table". Prior to purchasing these units i was hoping somone could give me some advice on programing them if they have had any experience with this type of remote. thanks chuck

I cant really offer too much help on that particular model unfortunately. I have Overhead Door openers, and inside the controllers there is a series of dip switches that have to correspond to the dip switches inside the overhead opener !

I know that my son has a Grand Cherokee Jeep and has the option to program the optional controller inside his overhead console in his vehicle to correspond to the frequency emitted by our hand held controllers ! He doesnt live home anymore and we kind of know he is coming when we hear the garage door opening !

I've dealt with these people, Sanford and Son Overhead Doors reasonable price and ship quick although I don't have your brand opener, toll free call, they might have what you're looking for.

Thanks to all who responded. I finally found the instruction/installation book and it had the code marked in the book at the time it was installled. Will pick up another remote on monday and attempt my coding skillls. chuck
