I can't answer your question directly as I'm not familiar with any models that have posi beyond what others have already mentioned. However, I will suggest that you don't necessarily need it. I had a John Deere 318 with independent rear brakes which combined with AG tires and 150lb of rear weight made it very difficult to get stuck.
If one rear wheel started to spin I'd simply start applying the brake on that wheel until enough torque was transfered to the other wheel to get me moving again.
