Gator hpx differential lock

I was using my new toy today trying to see how storng it is. Was in the woods hooked to a large tree I dropped into another and was trying to pull it out. No luck. Anyway I noticed that the rear differential does not lock, either side wood spin but not both. Any clues on adjustments or issues?

I was wrong. They lock up. Was plowing today and checked it out.
