Gator HPX lift and alignment ??s

Hey guys. New here and learning with rebuilding and updating a 2004 Gator HPX 4x4 Gas. I just put the home made 2" lift kit in. Yes had the rt axel pop out when I was taking the old shocks out. Leaked all over the floor. (put in new ones I got reasonable). I can't make the shaft pop out now that its all bolted back together with the lift in. But now with both sides hanging all the way down the alignment looks way off. I haven't seen anyone mention that. Does it come back with the weight on? It is blocked up now. If it needs aligning what is the method?

Adding a winch and plow and I just got larger tires on new rims. The new rims have a thicker design and it looks like I lose 1/4 to 3/8 inch bite in the lug bolts. New ones needed?

Well I cut the lift down to 1 and 5/8 to be safe. Adjusted the alignment to a tad out when in the air. With weight on they should be pretty straight. Curious that no one else has noticed or bothered to mention that with the lift installation.

i put a 2" lift in the hpx i had but i started to have problems with the front axle popping out so i cut the lift down to just 3/8th of an inch just enough for the 27" 589's not to rub and that took care of the axle popping out.if you must go with a 2" lift then i sugest you find a axle that is a bit longer than stock otherwise you'll be faceing popping out axles alot in the future and also when they pop out if your driving it in 4x4 mode you stand the ricks of it eating up the splines on the shaft and inside the front diferential and to me thats just not wothr it.i replaced an axle because ot tore up a spline and it cost me almost 400.00 for the new axle.it's alot cheaper to lower it down to 3/8 or at the most 3/4" but 2" will really end up costing you in the long run.
