You got a 4 wheel drive switch and a rear dif lock. Use any combination of those and you can get 1,2,3,4 wheel drive same as 06 HPX.

they threw in the 3 just to make it sound like they had more features it's 4 wheel drive cause my drivers side tire spins in the mud maybe i have something binding up thats making it lock up both tires but the past few times i went in the mud i noticed it turned or should i say spun when i was in the heavy stuff.it never used to sling mud up before but now it does i have a rooster tail from all 4. infact it's been doin that ever sisne i changed the shaft out???.

I will not use speeds higher than 30-35MPH even if they are available. The gator will mainly be for my wife and her granddaughter to use. But, if the governer is electronic, I would guess that it will not be long before someone comes out with a new chip or programmer to adjust the settings. That would certainly help sales if someone knew thay could buy one and alter it to go 35-45MPH. It will be interesting to see if the ones intended for other countries have the same governer.

After talking to a local gold star dealer, I will probably buy one from him instead of my regular dealer. I have been putting this purchase off for almost 4 months now, so another 6 weeks will not matter. That way I can get the XUV instead of the HPX. The comments about the pricing being the same are great news. I am assuming under $10K out the door with a plastic roof, plastic windshield, horn, floormats and 7% sales tax

For you dealers out there, what size are those new rims with the holes around the edge? What tire choices are there when pre ordering? Does the deluxe curved ROPS come standard?

I would imagine they ROPS come standard since they do on the 06 HPX.

yea they wouldn't let me keep mine off my 04 when i talked to them about trading it in. they said the new ones come with one already.wich sucks because all my stuff is mounted to my old one.lol i wanted to do a swap out on the rops but the dealer well one dealer said noway. i have the curved top i don't like the new style tops.

Tell them they have to give you a delux roll bar if you can't give yours up. (that's the new name for your I believe). You paid for it you should be able to keep it, it's not like it was a standard item back then.
