Its important to remember that to fully lick your m pto apparatus . . Not only do you have to turn the know to lock . . But it must have thev3ph inits absolute top location wjen it is done.

Didn't know that. Will definitely check to be sure. Thanks for the info.

The wheel spacers just bolted right up on mine. I you go over 2" I'm sure they would hit the 60 MM mower deck, so keep that in mind. As far as warranty I don't know, but if mine was under warranty and something happened I would just take them off before taking it to the dealer. They leave no trace of ever being fitted.

Will these same spacers work on the 1700 series also?

According to the AGCO books the wheel part numbers for the GC2600 and the GC1710 are the same, but the axle shafts a different, so they will be the same bolt pattern. I cant speak for anything else interfering though as I have a GC2600 and nothing on it interferes including the 60" mower deck. Plus it makes running chains in the winter a lot easier.

I looked at my setup and am apparently doing something wrong. Cannot get those mmm bars to lock in the up position. Tried locking while in the top position, but they still move down when I adjust the 3ph down.

Any tips for getting this to lock correctly?

There have been a few folks who had something apparently wrong with their height adjustment, and that may be the case here-- the MMM height adjuster is just a threaded rod, and there's a nut/washer below that; it's supposed to limit the downward travel of the two MMM lift arms (but not the 2 3PH lift arms at the rear of the tractor).

The idea is, as Axle mentioned, to set the height adjuster (the knob on the floor with "+" and "-" on it) all the way up, in the highest position. That should allow the 3PH arms to travel normally, but mechanically hold the two MMM lift arms in their uppermost position. As I said, some people have had situations where that didn't work, however -- something wasn't right. I don't recall what the solution was, but I believe they ended up going back to the dealer.

I know sevetal that had a problem with . . including me. I called the the service manager about it at my dealer and he said it can either be the nut got stripped at original assembly or there is an adjustment of the rod. I havent had time to get mine in ad yet. Its important to recognize that the total movement of that adjuster rod is less than a half turn . . so obviously the adjustment is pretty critical. :)

Thanks for the info. I will have to take a look at the rod and see if there is anything obvious going on.

I have no mmm attachments. When I use the 3ph adjustment lever, the mmm bars on each side move up and down.

The +/- knob will move the mmm bars. Not very much, but it moves them. The "lock" position seems to do nothing - regardless of the mmm position when I engage the lock.

I will mention it to my dealer with my 50hr service. That will likely be just before winter.

Aside from failure to lock, is there any other problem related to this issue?
