Thinking of finally replacing my old Yanmar 1802D with something a bit newer.
The 1802D is kind of an odd duck size wise, I consider it between a modern compact and subcompact. It is 4wd ~21hp 18hp pto and weighs in at around 2200#, I have a Koyker 110 loader on it. I am just wondering if the GC series will have the same capability as the 1802D as the GC seems a bit on the small side when compared size wise to my 1802D
I use the 1802D for yard and large garden work, pull a 2 bottom plow, 6' disk, 4' tiller, lift/move all kinds of stuff with it, and occasionally box scrape, and dig post holes.
Just wondering if any 1700 series owners could give me some input on whether or not the 1700 would be a good fit for me based on what I listed above. Also worth considering is I would like to use the next tractor I get for mowing ~3 acres also. I currently mow with Cub Cadet M72 tank zero turn and I am just getting tired of getting stuck with it all the time and it is a rough ride.
Thanks,
Chadd
