GC2300 Differential wont unlock

I have a 2009 GC2300 The rear differetial won't unlock. The differential locking lever on the left side will push down and at times will lock back out but the whole time the rear differential stays locked in positive traction. Tractor runs fine, no noises, vibrations. Runs and drives fine. Front 4wd will engage and disengage fine as well. Any tips on getting the rear to unlock? Only if I make to sharp of a turn I will hear a click on the inside stationary tire but only if I turn to sharp. Thanks..

I had the same issue on my 461. However my lever would not go back up. So i sprayed a lot of penetrate oil and let it sit for a few days. Then went back and barely got it moving. Once the pedal came up it was still locked. So i drove the tractor "in grass" turning sharp left for a bit and then sharp right. This did the trick an no problems since. Keep oiling and using it and it will break in for you.
