GC2410 Backhoe Bushings

Can someone confirm if the backhoe (CB05) on these little TLBs have bushings where the hydraulic cylinder pins go? I have some slop in the boom swing and the pins don't seem worn much more that maybe 10-15 thou. It looks like the bores in the cylinder ends are un-bushed. Also seems like the pin bores in the backhoe frame itself are un-bushed as well. Is this fact? Btw, first post here...hi everyone.

no bushings.

some of the grease nipples are easier to load if you extend the boom and put some downforce against the ground.

done lots of digging with mine, not really worried about it.

My backhoe is currently off, but as far as I can see it has no bushings either, just the steel pins with enough clearance for grease. This is on a 2310 tractor, but I would imagine construction is similar on newer ones. I believe some slop is pretty normal. ijk

I can say the kubota bx by pins holes are the same way so it not just mf gc doing it.

I think it's pretty standard not to have bushings on the smaller backhoes, or loaders.

all the more important to keep them greased when using the implements or after the machine sitting out in a rainstorm.

No bushings Easy to repair if you ever need new pins.

Thank you for the replies everyone. Come spring I will look into doing some maintenance on the pins...replacing as necessary. Will check all bores also...hoping they arent worn out. I'm have been pretty meticulous about greasing everything but it is a previously owned machine so it's difficult to know if the "slop" I'm seeing is within normal specs or not. I will install new pins where I have most slop and see how it feels.

You might get lucky there; see that plane in my avatar? Went through the same thing on the aileron, flap, and elevator hinges. New pins took out about 98% of the slop, a cheap fix which really made my day! :cool2:
