I have two LED lights rated at 30 watts each. Was wondering if I could tap them into the rear marker lights so i can control them with the current switch on the dash? is it too much draw and are the wires capable of said draw? My only other solution is to use the auxiliary connector in the back and add a switch but I only see one wire. I already have a 12 gauge wire from the battery to the snowblower led lights and the chute and auger motors.

Without knowing the capacity of the circuit fuse or the current draw from the existing lights it's not possible go give you a definitive answer. Your two lights rated at thirty watts each would draw 2.5 amps each if they were regular lights. Being LED lights that is probably a statement of regular light equivalency, not their current draw. You will have to measure their actual current draw.

Good point-I will check this weekend, I have a DC clamp on amp meter I think will work nicely for this measurement.

Both my from and rear work lights are reportedly 27 watt LED. Both get power from the tail light with a quick tap connection. They work fine, no issues.

Easy calculations... watts divided by volts = amps. Amps x Volts = Watts. So if you have true 27 watt lamps, 27 divided by 12v = 2.25 amp draw each.
The stock wiring should handle that load.

I'm finding though the LEDs are rated in watts, its usually the equivalent wattage of a incandescent lamp, amperage draw is something like 15-20% of a incandescent... If you think about it a car traditional automotive seal beam only draws 55 watts at low beam and 60 watts at high beams (4.07 and 4.44 amps using 13.5 volts as typical value for automotive 12 volt system) ... NOT considering new LED projector lamps in values used here...

IF you fear wire gauges or switches are too small for amperage, use new fuse position and a relay and heavy gauge wire to power new LAMPS....
