I have the chance to pick up a used grass catcher, can someone tell me if the GCK60-23bx will work on a BX23? It's coming off a bx24.

Could you give me the model of the deck on your tractor? There are a couple of possible glitches but the most expensive kit to adapt is only 141.

Art, Thanks for the reply. I have a rck-54-22bx deck. From what I've found the catcher will not mount to the back of my tractor because they changed the backhoe mount when they went to the BX24. Any ideas you have would be appreciated.

There is a kit to interface the bagger to the TLB mounts. Its like $150.

They don't add the BX23 to the list on the kit that I'd made mention of but it does make it fit the rest of that vintage tractors. BX3042
The other kit BX 3086 is for the difference between the BX24 and 25 and is only thirty dollars.
Depending on your abilities with torch and welder a little fab work can make it look easy.

Unfortunately I don't have any access to a welder. The dealer that I picked the catcher up from sent me the Kit. I'm hoping that with a little modification, I can make it work. The only thing I'm concerned about is that it may be too long and hit the bottom arms where the backhoe sits. I'll see soon enough, I just got notification that the kit is out for delivery today.

Looks like I'm out of luck. the hooks for the backhoe are right where the brackets need to be. Without some creative welding, I'm not going to get it to work. I thought about mounting the brackets on the inside, but they end up about an inch too close for the support arms for the bagger. Back to the drawing board.

Perfectly Reasonable Solution #1: Buy 4th tractor to ferry bagger...

Honestly, Mr. Brown...I haven't figured it all out yet. I just removed my bagger for our family hay-ride and it took, literally, 4 minutes. I don't know which confuses me more...the fact that you mow with the FEL and BH ON? Or the fact that you buy additional (identical) tractors simply because you don't want to take them OFF.

Funny stuff. Don't know if that's going to help the OP with his question...

Not everyone is as lazy as you are. There are those who are very happy in swapping out implements, it makes them feel like that have a real tractor and having a tractor moment.

I am going to need a bigger shed to store my bx25 and attachments. how big is the shed you have there for your attachments? With the dollies you have I wouldn't need as big of shed.

It's an Amish built 12'X24' shed/garage. I have all of my attachments on furniture dollies except for the BH (BXpanded dolly). I wish the shed was wider though so it would be much easier to remove the mower deck. Since the deck is about 6' wide with the grass deflector, it's impossible to remove/install the mower deck pointed straight in. I have to do a 6 point turn to get the tractor sideways (without FEL) to do the uninstall/install. Also, as you can see in the picture, the ROPS must be lowered to fit under the garage door (don't ask me how I know!).
