Well, my Satoh is at my Father's place... but I'd take the remaining piece of the rubber boot down to a local tractor dealer parts counter and see what they can "match up" in the back with their goody box...

You can also try TSC and they usually have Ford/Ferguson boots in stock that may work with a little mod... (and some silicone)

Good luck...

I know this is an old thread - the email address above doesn't work. I looked around and was able to find that Napa part number 269-1577 (power steering / cv boot) is a great fit to replace a Satoh shifter boot. It took some elbow grease and a little prying for the bottom seal, but once on its a very durable water tight seal. Below are an image of the end of the box from napa for reference and a picture of how it looks on my Satoh S650-G. Hello everyone, I know this is an older post but I found another option for a Satoh s650g gear shift boot and that is an Allis Chalmers 210 gear shift boot. I went on E-bay and found the measurements are near perfect and the price is about $16. The Satoh needs the shaft to be .625 or 5/8", the Allis Chalmers is 1/2" so it is a nice snug fit. The bottom of the boot on the Satoh is 2.145 or around about 2 9/64", the Allis Chalmers is 2 1/8" so not a really tight fit only .020 with rubber. The boot does not have a breather hole in it like the Satoh's did, but the bottom is movable so it should breathe o.k. Well that is just one more option for Satoh owners.

I know this thread is pretty old by now, question for you though? Does the 4 bolts around the bottom of the shifter come off and the bottom of this NAPPA boot slide in there? Or does it just slide overtop of that plate? It kinda looks like a zip tie around the bottom of your boot but I can’t quite tell.

Thanks in advance
