I was cleaning out a section of a storage room and came across a couple of pumps that I acquired years ago, as part of a lot. They appear to be stainless steel, non sparking chemical pumps. They are Eco brand G6 pumps. My question is, can I use one for pumping diesel fuel? From my reading on them, it appears to not be a problem, but I really hate to hook one up and create an inferno. The pumps appear to never have been used, probably some spare parts stock I acquired.
Any ideas or suggestions on the use of these pumps. Anybody use them for anything?
