I picked up a decrepid old cart as part of the property. it is the classic hay cart and the toungue is bent 10 degrees. it was folded around a pole or sharp corner. I was planning on bending it back and using 1/2 plate on all 4 sides about 6" past the bend and torch it all in place. any suggestions would be appriciated. only have torch welder right now.
