Id add undercarriage protection. A skid plate. Typically the protection is flimsy from the manufacture so you might ask for that as well. I recently installed one on my tractor. No more worrying about my filter

Your comfort. Hopefully you will use it many hours a year and for many years. Be sure it fits YOU. Is it easy to mount and dismount. Any issue for you to use the foot controls with the type of shoes or boots you will wear. How easy is it to reach without looking for an lever or other control. Will the seat handle your weight. (I just got a L6060 and very disappointed with the seat. Dealer is no help. I feel the dealer let me down on this big time.)

Back to my new L6060, it had it's first regeneration at 20 hours. It did not affect my use of the tractor at all. Only way it affected me was wondering what the indicator light was. If you will be using a pto for mower of any kind be sure the tractor will handle the size of mower you want. Normally you will want the following to be wider than the outside of the rear tires are: mower, any kind of blade, tiller, disk. If you will be using it other than true daylight you need good work lights, either dealer or you install. If open station tractor I really like a canopy. If you will be under low hanging larger limbs stay away from a canopy. Test the tractor as much as you can.

All the advice given is good. It was my fourth tractor before I had front end loader and could not believe how much I used it. If you will have limbs or trees to be removed a grapple is great. If the tractor will be in the woods or using a grapple get front guard built to protect the front grill and all the expensive items behind it.

Ask if he will pick up and deliver for service and maintenance at no charge. At least ask what he charges so you are not shocked. My Kubota dealer wanted to charge $300. I did not go orange.

Get the right tires for your uses. Every tire type has strengths/weaknesses.

Have your backhoe work quoted by a contractor. It may not be cost effective to have such an expensive attachment for a 5 acre plot. I have 20 acres and had a local guy do what I needed done in less than a day. A mini-ex or large BH will do an amazing amount of work in a day. Your tractor can handle back filling and grading.

Have your rear tires loaded
