Snowblower GF5225 vs TG2742 for GF Series mower

So I just bought a GF5225 snowblower with a female quick hitch attached. I have no male quick hitch yet. The TG2742 was used on this mower using a subframe that bolted onto the blower. Will the subframe work on the GF5225 or is the frame of the blower not the same size. The subframe is cheaper way of mounting the blower. Anyone have a way of measuring the two to verify they are both the same width where the subframe mounts. Appreciate any help and advice. I don't plan on having any other implement and the quick hitch is a waste of money. Thanks
