Gill / Woods plugger pl72 parking stands measurements

My dads neighbor stole over a year from his barn. This consisted of what he could carry through the woods and sell for scrap. Dad has a plugger and it had the parking stands to hold it up for attachment. Well the thief stole them and left the plugger on the ground. At 75 dollars a piece I am going to make my own. I want to make them like factory but no one stocks the pluggers so that I can measure. I am looking for measurements. Size, length and the hole spacing for the pins. Any help appreciated
