Here is a standard recipe. Hopefully Old and Tired will modify it to his standards.
Ingredients:
- Vodka: 1.5 - 2 ounces

- Tomato Juice: 4 ounces (or about 1/2 cup)

- Lemon Juice: ¼ fluid ounce (or half a lemon's worth of juice)

- Worcestershire sauce: 2 dashes

- Hot pepper sauce: 4 dashes (such as Tabasco®)

- Salt and pepper: 1 pinch of each (or to taste)

- Ice cubes: 1 ½ cups, more as needed

- Garnish: 1 celery stalk, lemon or lime wedge, olives, etc.

Instructions:
- Prepare the glass: Rub the rim of a tall glass (like a pint or Collins glass) with a lemon or lime wedge and coat with celery salt or plain salt.

- Add ingredients: Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour in the vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.

- Mix: Gently roll the drink between two glasses or stir with a bar spoon to combine and chill. Avoid vigorous shaking, as this can cause the tomato juice to foam.

- Garnish: Add a celery stalk, lemon wedge, olives, or other desired garnishes.
