First post here, and first tractor buy. You folks seem to have some actual experience and a good sense for what's realistic. Hope you don't mind if this question has already been asked and answered.
Living in Maine on 45 acres. Approx. 25 acres of which are fields that need bush hogging. I wil also use a bucket for gravel/loam. Borrowed a tractor from a buddy last year and really enjoyed the york rake for my 900 ft gravel driveway. Everything is on the side of a hill.
So. After some reading and surfing, I've started warming up to a Kubota and like the sounds of the Grand L30 series. Would want (to start) a 6ft bush hog and medium (heavy?) duty bucket.
What's a ballpark number for a setup like that? Went to a dealer today but he closed at noon. All I could do was drool.
Thanks!
