Glow plug problem L3130

Greetings, I have an 04 L3130 with 275 hrs on it. Just recently when I attempt to start the tractor I started having a problem with the glow plugs. When I turn the key to the on position the glow plug light comes on but it never goes off. I don't hear the "click" of the relay that usually shuts off the glow plug light on the dash which signifies that the tractor is ready to be started. I was able to start the tractor but it was slow turning over. Battery checks out fully charged. Bad relay or...?

You have a glow plug controller and a glow plug relay you will have to check both, the controller sets the time that the relay is energized. The relay applies 12 volts to the glow plugs. KennyV.
