As the temps got below 50 degrees i could not start my tractor even tho i added antigel to the diesel.
Removed the plugs and sure, two of them were shut... Too early?
The original plugs are A36J which i could not find anywhere. I found on this forum, someone was using Cummins A2300 plugs 4900224, however, they are also impossible to find. Then someone suggested NGK1232 which has the same characteristics as the A36J, but they were discontinued. Tried to call NGK multiple times. The answering machine suggests to call during work hours which i did. Sent them multiple email with same zero results.

The tread is 10MM, 1.25 pitch with the glow tube 19MM long
Do you guys know of any god plugs for this tractor?

Found one at my neighbor's garage. LOL.... so i'll use them till the Chinese arrive

Another question, i found out that the glow plugs are always have 12V coming to them, not only before the start. Is it normal? In my opinion they should not receive any power after the engine started, otherwise they will burn very often, which probably happened in my case.

No, the plug was discontinued.
The idea with the chart was so you could get an alternative. You have the dimensions, know the voltage, surely there is one in there that could work.

If all else fails, a dealer should have them.

If it's cold enough, the glow plugs will stay on even with the engine running, up to 2 minutes, more or less. Then it should turn off.

Anti-gel isn't a starting aid. That is just to keep the fuel from gelling if it gets to cold. I suppose you could call it a starting aid of sorts because if it gels up you can't start it. At 50 degrees you should never have any issues like that though. You could add a block heater which is an option or try a magnetic oil pan heater that attaches to the oil pan magnetically and warms the oil and to some extent the block. It will help it crank over faster and hopefully start even without the glow plugs all functioning. As ptsg said engines that use glow plugs as part of the start cycle will often continue to heat for a couple minutes after they start.

Is there any sensor which commands when to turn it on/off? i could not find one. Sorry for the ignorance
