Goat Throat liquid pump.

Ran across a add for this interesting little pump in this months Farming/The journal of northeast agriculture Magazine. I can't say I have seen one of them before but it looks like a very interesting design for a liquid pump. They make different models for everything from non toxic liquids to oil, fuel additives to the nasty caustic type liquids and cleaners. They also make dispensing wands and spray wands for them. I might just have to get one of these and try it out on my fuel additive drum. They have a pretty nice website that is easy to navigate.

Anyone ever use one of these? If so how did you like it?

They look 'similar' to some barel pumps we have at work. some of ours are plunger, some are lever. I like those 2 styles way better than rotary.. etc..

Cool idea, don't know where you stand on OSHA regs, employees etc, and I would need to re-read that section of the CFR, but there are some specifics about using pressurized air for the transfer of liguids that I would want to insure I did not cross.

For me, and the home shop though it looks quite interesting.
