So, a friend wants to give this disc to me. Wondering what all it is, as I never looked at it too close. He is about 250 miles away, wish I would have worked moving it into the move over the last year.
Measures about 6.5' wide and almost 11' front to rear. Discs are 20". Has a patent listed in 1939, and a serial number of 03606.
I'm trying to figure out how to transport it really, and anything anyone can tell me about this other than my search on google that turned up a few things about Mr Goble, who I guess had the first sealed bearing system it seems.
Plan on trying this out in the field, he says it is in good shape. If it doesn't work too well, it'll just become yard art like my old Syracuse plow that was here when we got the property.
