Going to look at a 2002 LB1914 - have a couple questions

I am going to look at a 2002 Kioti LB1914 with 380 hours this weekend. It has a Great Bend 220 loader on it. I think I can get it for $6000 He said he is selling as he got a bigger tractor to move hay bails

The tractor is 130 miles away, so it is a some what non trivial event to go see it.

Does this sound like a reasonable deal?
What should I be looking for on it? Any hints to make sure it is not a problem?

I've got ~ 8 - 10 acres to tend. Run a brush hog across the fields a couple times a year, do a fair amount of landscaping and snow work in the winter. I also need to maintain a 1/4 mile driveway.

When Kioti phased those out you could buy a new one with a Kioti loader for $10K.

Sounds a little high, a $5,000.00 offer will probably take it home with you. Did you buy it? We were late posting to this thread.

I don't know. The hours are low. Hard to find a decent tractor with a loader for under $6K. Maybe try to negotiate before driving all that way. No sense going if you can't agree on price.
