Glow plug, relay / timer

The glow plug dash light on my 2000 3710 stays on.... goes out for a little bit and than back on again..........

doesn't seem to be hurting the engine operation any, but I want to fix it.

Opinions, advice on this? Location of timer and or relay? The tractor is stored indoors in a heated shop, so for the time being I will prolly just disconnect the circcuit, once I understrand how best to do it.

My B1750 does that if the key is not brought back to the middle position. I also notice a smoother running engine when it is in the middle position.
