I have an opportunity to buy what looks like a very low hours Gravely 18-G Professional for $2200. It says Craig Taylor on the side. I have 6 acres, about 1 1/2 in grass & the rest either to be in grass (now scraped dirt) or in need of clearing. I live in Alaska so need to add a plow blade if available or snowblower, would like to add a harrow or disc, power rake perhaps, maybe small garden cart. Does this make sense? For this money? I'm a single woman, pretty handy but not into dealing with major reliability issues if that's common with this machine.

Thanks!

What does the $2200 include? Tractor and mower?

How many hours are on it?

And a major concern is, is it in AK? The 18-Gs were a good tractor. Compared to today's lawn and garden tractors, dollar for dollar these are better. But you are looking at a tractor that will weigh about 50 to 100% more in weight than one of the new ones. The 60" mower deck will weigh what some current tractors weigh.
