So I'm looking at a used 17 4066r w/deluxe cab and air ride seat. It also includes front loader, Bush hog, box blade and a plow. The asking price is 39k

Does that sound like a good deal?

Depending on the condition, hours and configuration that could be in the ballpark. There were a number of options available for the 4720. I bought mine used and worked the options I wanted into the deal. Some can get expensive. Use one of the online sites to compare pricing.
