Where are you guys finding box blades that heavy? I've checked a bunch of manufacturers and it seems 550lb is about the norm for a 6' box.
I'm just a homeowner farmer. Mostly looking to build a dirt bike track. Level some ground. Spread some gravel. You know. .. the usual.

It might work for you, obviously it does for a lot of people. The type of tasks and type of ground will make a difference. Where I live, when it's dry, my BB2584 will just scratch the surface, so several passes with rippers down are required to do much of anything. My HR3584 gets good penetration and is more efficient with less time, fuel and frustration.
I'm thinking I pretty much have to take the shot with the BB2572. The heavier models all seem to add the hydraulic rippers and the prices seem to jump way out of my league pretty quickly.
I think if I find this ineffective, I could add a bit of weight, or just resell and try again.
