Good deal on Trailer in Northern VA

Looking for a trailer in Northern VA has been harder than I thought. Since I don't use one that often I was hoping to find a used one or a sweet deal on a new one..... The result has been looking at a bunch but nothing that I would consider to meet my criteria. Anyway...I'm looking for the following:
1. Dual axle utility/car hauler (3500 lb per axle min)
2. 16 - 18'
3. Electric Brakes
4. Ramps
5. Solid floor (not just a car hauler)
6. Something I could attach something to close it in if I have to move a lot of junk/debris to the dump

I keep reading of people who have spent $1200 - 1400 on something like this but have found nothing less than 2k. Anyone in this area (or within 200mi) know of a good source?

I think 2000 is about right for a good car hauler , if it has brakes on both axles . 1400 is about the going rate for a landscape trailer with 1 axle braking

I bought mine in Stafford. I think the name of the place is American Trailer. It's on RT 610 about 3 or so miles west from I95. Mine is an 18' 7000lb trailer with brakes on one axle. I've used it for hauling my tractor, cars, logs and anything else that'll fit. Been a good trailer so far. I think I paid around $1,800 back in '04.
