I am considering buying a 2004 diesel 4610 with 400 hours, hydraulic mid and rear pto, post hole digger, bucket, blade and brush cutter - asking price is $22,000. Can you tell me if this is a good deal or not? I plan on using it for general maintenance on a horse farm.

You can look on www.machineryfinder.com to see what dealers have similar equipment starting closest to your zip and out. Of course, they will show asking prices, but it should get you in the ballpark.

Are you purchasing from a private party or dealer ? I would knock $1,000 for buying from a private party, for future surprises /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
