- Kubota L3130, JD 1026 with loader and 60" mower and cabbed JD 3033R with loader.
I'm new to this forum but from what I have seen it is loaded with good folks and helpful information. I now own a (2003) Kubota L3130 with loader, (2012) JD 1026 with loader and 60" mower, and now most recently a cabbed (2015) JD 3033R also with loader. Can't comment much on the JD 3033R yet, but I am looking forward to not feeling like the abominable snowman when snowblowing our large driveway this winter. Already I have come to appreciate the cab while bush hogging...and can now work in the rain unaffected!
My Kubota has been a great piece of equipment and have only replaced the battery during the last 12 years. The only small disappointment was the bucket. The leading edge is a little "light" and I have bowed it twice...and I wouldn't consider myself hard on equipment.
The JD1026 has been good with the exception of having to replace the battery at 1 year...and the fact the JD would not cover it under warranty...only prorate it.... which turned out to be the same cost as what I could have bought the battery for elsewhere. This machine is the workhorse around the yard and garden and is my wife's go to tractor for light duty.
Going off to bush hog the corner 5 acre lot this morning and doing some work along the woods line. Rain in the forecast...taking the 3033!
