Good Price for a Rotary Mower?

I stopped by a local Woods dealer tonight to look at rotary cutters. Dealer had a new "leftover" MD160 3pt 60" rotary cutter (medium duty) w/slip clutch for $1200 delivered. He wants to sell this to make room for the new BrushBulls coming in. Is this a good price? Anyone out there have comments on this mower?

I paid just under 8 for their light duty 48" with clutch and stump jumper. (Shoulda gone 60"). Seems reasonable by comparison. Wish I could offer a better guess.
