What kind of a price tag do these things carry? My son and I were watching some show on HGTV Saturday and the host & crew came driving up to the project house in what looked very similar to this truck. I guesstimated a price of over $100K. Was I close?

I've seen some used models for sale in the $60,000 range that were almost ten years old. I've never priced new ones, but wouldn't be suprised if they went for $100K. I've just never understood why a fully loaded one ton, four door, diesel pickup truck wouldn't do to justifies the massive price difference.
