Is $1500 a good price for a Goosen 5400 chipper/shredder with new knives? The unit looks good cosmetically also. Thanks.

I believe that unit is well more than double that new, so the deal sounds solid to me.

Does that include the blower? We paid $1200 for ours(me and a neighbor) but we low-balled the seller and he took it...$1500 is a good price with the blower.

I paid $600 for one in nice shape, but no blower. But, I think I got it pretty cheap. When I was looking $1200 to $1500 was the going rate with or without the blower.
