Gary, I've got an old 4x8 trailer for hauling brush and such, and I keep a sheet of plywood with a hole drilled in the tail end, with a short length of rope attached. Load it up with brush, grab the rope and drag 'er out! Now that I've got a grapple, I use my larger trailer, and unload in one or two bites.

How do you get the stuff off of the plywood after you drag the plywood off the trailer ?

That would sure beat pulling it off branch at a time for sure. My small brush hauler is a Kubota RTV 900 with hydraulic dump bed. I can stack branches, logs, rocks etc in it as much as I want and just back up to the dump pile and hit the lever to dump it all. I never thought I would get as much use from this as I do but it is a leg saver too. I got to use it today to check out the rain runoff. We got a good amount of rain, and all the creeks filled to overflowing for the first time since last spring. Looks like the dams we built are holding up pretty good so we should have water in it for a while now.

I would think that most of us don't carry a camera around either, while working. (though a few might). Most of the pictures I take are from a phone camera, which are getting to be pretty good cameras nowadays. (My last phone was a 8.0 megapixel) It took some great pictures, even if I didn't post them on here.
Great idea on the boards on chain, that is what we used when we were grinding cane.
