Nice tractor. Enjoy it once the weather cooperates.

I was going to say use the wet weather to organize your shed and make room for more equipment. Then I looked at your photo and at my shop and... never mind.

Have you greased it yet?
Go over ALL the nuts & bolts to make sure they are tight, especially the loader mount bolts.
Did I mention to grease it. You might as well get yourself a good grease gun and a case of grease. Then grease it. There are a couple of zerks/nipples that you will need a right angle coupler for. They are down under the floor pan.
If I sound repetitious it is because I am, GREASE IT!

Nice tractor. Looks brand new. You are going to love it. As with any machine, lubricate everything. If you can't get it out and use it, take the time to put dielectric grease in all the connectors and fluid film/lithium grease any exposed metal couplings. Squirt some fluid film in your key switch too. I also put moth balls under the hood in a perforated baggy to keep the mice out. Enjoy and be safe.

Do you know what routine service was done? Normaly, by the manual, engine oil and filter, hydro oil and both trans and hydro filters, maybe a fuel filter, and check the air filter along with yes, grease everything would be done at 50 hours. Then engine oil and filter every 100 hours with hydro and trans filters every 200 hours and the hydro fluid at every 400 hours. Again greasing at least every 50 or sooner.

Good looking tractor, implements and storage area. Enjoy. I bought a 2006 CK30 in 2009 with just under 200 hours. Owner before me had taken excellent care of it, well serviced, and I have tried to follow suit. I now have 1219 hours as of today. So handy. Oh, and you probably should grease it. An angle gun will work but you can also get to the underbelly zerks with a flexible hose.

Well, I haven't greased it yet and I'm not sure of the previous maintenance care given to it. I didn't get any records or manual. Speaking of that would anyone know where I might be able to download a owners manual? I have checked all the fluids and filters, all looks fairly clean, well the engine oil is a little dark and I'll be changing it very soon. I plan on doing my best to keep a regular maintenance cycle, kinda been programmed into my blood. Anyway I was able to get out today and move some gravel and dirt around. Worked like a champ. NOTE TO SELF: Make sure to fold the ROPS before parking in the shop! Almost ripped off the roll up door. Really appreciate all the replies and advice. Thanks.
