Ordered my new grapple from WildKat this past monday. Ordered without the hyd couplers as I needed a smaller AG type. They did not have one in stock and tues they made one. (A 48" economy model) Shipped it wednesday and delivered it to my residence thursday about 1230 pm. Took it off the truck with my pallet forks. the truck left and I went to attach it and try it out after
I would put the couplers on.
OMG! How do I attach it to the loader arms? No SSQA! What happened?
:smiley_aafz:  I immediately called WildKat and they determined that there was a mixup as they had several new customer service people. I had a choice, send me the SSQA parts and weld them on my self. No can do, Pacemaker/defib unit cuts that down. local welder retired last fall. Then, would I accept a replacement unit? OF COURSE I would. Called WildKat friday morning and they had shipped it thursday afternoon. So, I called the local Old Dominion Freight service center. Yep, it was there. The driver for my area had already left and they were going to call me to set up an appointment as it was going to my residence. For monday. Hmmm
I wanted to use it this weekend...I loaded up the old one and drove the 64 miles to the terminal. Ended up them taking the wrong one (no attachment point) WildKat had called and told them they were going to fax what to do with it. Gave me my replacement and drove home. Put on the new hyd couplers and hooked up the tractor.
Got about an hour seat time with it before a light rain came. Wonderful piece of equipment...

Great companion to my grapple stump bucket...
