I just got my new chains for my L4200 from tirechain.com today - would've been a 2 day turnaround if not for the weekend (ordered Thursday). Boy, are they heavy.
I have 1000ft. of driveway, and a couple hundred feet of reasonably steep hill. I didn't want to worry about sliding down that hill when I am blowing snow during the winter. I got a set of 2-link ladder chains for the back tires, and a set of 2-link ladder V-bars for the front. I should be able to drive through anything....heh.
I'm keeping the big rear chains in the box by the main entrance - gonna sandbag a co-worker into picking one up on the way out. They're in such little boxes...
