Well, I went ahead and bought the snowblower.
I decided to go with the 67" meteor. Some of you may recall that's the one that my dealer had left over from last year. He sold it to me for $1399.
Ideally I would have liked to have gotten a 74" model but everyplace I called priced them around $2300 more or less. I just couldn't justify almost a grand for 3.5 inches on each side. Besides, this one was in stock and I was able to drive down and pick it up last night.
In removing the blade and hooking up the snowblower I could definitely see the need for the quick change systems, but that's a topic for a different post.
