House is for sale and you can guess the rest of the story---- After an offer is accepted, I will need to sell my two year old TC30.Hydro, FEL, 7' Woods scraper blade, 6' King Kutter finish mower. 250 hrs on it now. I need to use it to mow until house buyers take possesion. I'm thinking around $13,750. Think this is a price to deal with? I'm in Angola, IN. Don't know where I'll relocate to so I guess she'll need a new home. For those who are'nt familiar with the TC30, it is like a generic Boomer. No frills, just a great worker and trouble free. FWD with loaded Industrial tires. Hardest part about divorce is--- my tractor.

Have you considered posting an ad for your tractor in the Classified section? I'd think you'd have a greater chance of more people seeing it there than just in the forum. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Guess I'm not ready to give up on her yet (the tractor). Yeah, sometime in May it should be in. Just wanted an input on value. Fair to both buyer and seller. Only thing I would change about the 30 is the rops height and a more comfortable seat. Mow six acres and used it for snow removal. The FEL sure beats a wheelbarrow too. When I'm tractorless, can I still visit the website? Thanks guys, Mike

Mikellpc, Of course you can visit the site if you are tractorless, I do it all the time. One word of advice though, Your posts are breaking my heart and based on how sad you seem at the prospect of selling the tractor there is no way I could ever buy it. I would keep thinking about it being YOUR tractor /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif. I expect anyone with half a heart on this site would feel the same way.

- busted up New Holland TC 24D hydro :(, Replacment NH TC 24D!
My plan always included selling my tractor with the property. Any idea if the new owner will need a tractor. I would have added to the price of the home, good way of getting rid of it.
The biggest thing that keeps from moving away from marriage is the fact that you can lose your home and toys. That is really scary and now by your post I am reminded to be careful. I guess divorce can be good and bad depending on the couple. But hey I am still in my practice marriage!
