I just gotta say that for the last 3 years, as I've dealt with "Power Equipment Inc" for parts/repairs of Brutus (JCB loader/backhoe), they have without fail, impressed me.

Granted, seems like anytime I walk in their establishment to see their smiling faces, I'm handing them minimum of $100 to $500 /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif but today for example... walk in with locked water pump, they took me back to service shop (the manager did), gave the pump to one of the guys, and he then took it all apart (seems the pump is attached to a secondary piece), cleaned off the gasket areas, polished them up real nice for me and in general, got the entire thing prepped for me to reinstall... for no more than the cost of me smiling. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif They had no need to do this other than that magic phrase "customer service".

Always friendly, always seem "honestly interested" to help and little things like todays prep work, only make me wish I could afford more of their toys.

(not affiliated with them at all, this is just customers honest experience... your milage may vary /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif )

Do you know if they will shape to Washington State? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif JCB dealerships are hard to find in the USA compared to other makes of machines.

Actaully I found a JCB dealer about 2 hours away in some farming country I like to buy stuff from. When I need parts I just call them and they send them to me via UPS /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

The service folks there have offered me info/advice and even gave me photo copies from a service manual before I decided to buy one /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

"JCB 1400B" - it aint brand new but it sure can move dirt!

I'd imagine they'd ship...after all, it's your $$ they are spending /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

My understanding is that Power Equipment "might" be no longer an official dealer, though they have never said that. All you see in their yard now is Komatsu stuff... all plastic I'm sure /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

You are dead on about the manuals too... same kinda service here.

When I was in yard yesterday looking at the various things for sale, or in for repair, I just had to think that this kinda place would be a really cool place to work.
