GR 2100 Diesel steering and movement problem

My friends above mower works fine if the steering wheel is turned to the left or straight ahead but the minute the wheel is moved to the right the tractor stops moving forward. I have no idea about how to troubleshoot this problem so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Right side glidesteer cable is broke.About 40 bucks plus labor,unless you DIY.

Thanks Locknut. Where would I find the glidesteer cable? If I can find it I can fix it.
